WHAT WE DO

To transform the virtual world into reality, we shape the basic 3D free-form shape in every dimension. We coat the surfaces with plastics before refining these with high-quality automotive paints.

HOW WE DO IT

The 3D information provided is prepared for the shaping process. The basic shapes are shaped in 3D with CNC machining centres. The surfaces are sprayed with polyurethane. The subsequent manual polishing process perfects the plastic surface. Then, the high-quality automotive paints provide the objects with their impressive appearance.

WHAT MATERIALS WE USE

The basic structures are shaped from polystyrene panels, polyurethane blocks and other plastics. To coat the structures, we use polyurethanes, which are applied to a glass fibre-reinforced, mineral laminate. Automotive paints are used to refine the surfaces.
